Prior to your child’s appointment, you may receive a link to information about pre-appointment surveys/questionnaires. In order to ensure you get and complete these pre-appointment surveys/questionnaires, be sure you are signed up for our portal!  If you have not yet done so, please register for the portal at https://bhpeds.com/register-for-patient-portal/.  Once we receive the registration, we will send back a temporary link and passcode for you to create and activate your portal account.  Once created, you will then access the portal at https://bhp.pcc.com/portal .  If you have any questions, please give us a call.
