Self-schedule appointments are available through the portal! You can now schedule NON-CRITICAL appointments for children older than 2 months of age, such as: pink eye, an ear check or concern for acute illness such as strep, flu, COVID, or the stomach bug.

Any other issues or concerns need to be scheduled by the front desk including, chronic or on-going issues such as headaches or abdominal pain lasting more than a few days. If you require assistance immediately or have a concern not listed, please call the office.

Please only make one appointment per child per day. Making more than one appointment for the same child on the same day may result in an appointment cancellation fee and/or a loss of self-scheduling access. Appointments made through the self-scheduling system cannot be cancelled without calling the office. IF THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE ONLINE, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE – WE LIKELY HAVE OTHER APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE.

All usual office policies apply to these visits including no-show and cancellation fees.
