At Brighton Hill Pediatrics, we feel it necessary to respond to recent publicity regarding vaccines and the resulting concerns of our families. As pediatricians, we are committed to providing the best care for the health and safety of your children and to that end, we strongly support the vaccine guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) with regards to the use and timely administration of disease preventing and lifesaving vaccinations.  Our vaccination policy requires all patients who are medically able, to receive their immunizations according to our vaccination schedule (please see https://bhpeds.com/immunization-schedule/).  We support the recommendations of the AAP for those vaccines that are mandated and required by the New York State Department of Health.
